You can, as it says here, download your entry form and send it to the address listed.

We have simplified the ticket and registration process this year. The process will be as follows:
  1. Download the order form online and forward to the address shown. One entry per person - each person must be included on the form along with their details. Remember if you fished last year you have first rights to tickets until the end of February. For 2009,your tickets will be issued by mail.
  2. Turn up to the compulsory briefing on 21st April. We will cover issues such as tournament rules, changes, regulations, fishing times, areas, prizes and prize giving times.
    Please remember to bring your I.D. to the tournament as in order to collect prizes we will need to sight your I.D. Also please remember to have your tickets on you at all times.
Please note: Ticket prices are for the full event. There are no discounts for those contestants who do not wish to fish for the full three days, however, contestants are welcome to come for less than three days if they wish.

One Ticket per person. Tickets not exchangeable between anglers.

All persons aboard a vessel must have tickets.

All contestants must register before fishing the tournament.

Contestants must carry their ticket with them at all times.
