Please read these Terms Of Sale carefully before using the Site. By using the KINGS OF THE COROMANDEL online Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you choose not to be bound by the terms and conditions, KINGS OF THE COROMANDEL does not grant you the right to use the Site and you must not use this Site.

The online ticket purchase form is an invitation to compete by the organiser. Completing the purchase form and paying the fee does not guarantee entry but constitutes an offer to compete in the tournament under the KINGS OF THE COROMANDEL tournament rules & regulations. Entry to the tournament is at the discretion of the tournament organiser and will only be complete when accepted by the organiser. If entry is refused, the entry fee will be refunded.

REFUND POLICY
Generally no refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by New Zealand law. In the event that KINGS OF THE COROMANDEL does choose, at its discretion, to refund a ticket, the amount will be less the non-refundable per order processing fee, service charge and delivery fee.

The main reason we need this information is so we can send you tickets and your registration form and contact you in the case of an event cancellation or to notify change of event details or replacement of lost tickets.
